Observation

During the course of complaint, Licensor Lauilefue concluded there was enough information available to determine more likely than not a violation occurred. Licensor Lauilefue determined based on gathering facts the staff placed the child in an area that was in an unlicensed space which was in a hallway leading into the staff's resource room behind a gate during diaper change, in addition, the staff also has a write up in their file pertaining to this incident. Furthermore, staff has also been written up for excessive yelling and responding to the children in a manner that is not appropriate. ?? "No observation provided."
